Multiple Deliveries:
In some cases, you may receive your order over multiple deliveries via different couriers. This is because we use multiple warehouses and parts of your order may be dispatched from different locations, via different couriers. But don’t worry, you will receive tracking details for each item.Â

Important information for our customers
Inaccurate Address If there are any issues with the delivery address you provided on your order and your order is returned to us, a customer care team member will be in touch with you. A re-delivery fee will need to be paid for any order that needs to be resent as a result of customer error.
Authority To Leave (ATL) If no one is home to receive your order, we automatically give authority to our couriers to leave your item in a safe location as determined by your local delivery contractor. For this reason, we encourage customers to advise a suitable delivery address and make use of the tracking details provided to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Rejected by Receiver If your item is a gift, please ensure that the receiver knows about it’s pending delivery to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.
Concerns with your courier: Your local courier is a private contractor and is solely responsible for their own conduct when delivering your orders. They do not represent Factory Discounts and nor do we condone any reckless or rude behavior or dangerous driving. If you have a complaint, we advise you to direct your concern to the courier company in question however we are always interested to know of any such conduct so we can refer it to our freight manager.
